Vito 113 W639 Front Sway Bar replacement
Hi All, Looking for anyone with advice on replacing the front anti roll bar on my vito. The bushes are shot and unfortunately Merc in there wisdom decided to bond the bushes onto the bar, meaning a complete replacement is my only option & turning a simple service item into major surgery as i believe the subframe needs lowering to gain access? If anyone has experience with this job i would appreciate any tips on what to look out for as i'm hoping to avoid removing anything unnecessary. I have an engine hoist to support from the top but my concern is supporting the subframe and lowering it just enough to get the bar out as i only have trolley jacks to do this.
