Smile MAF sensor

Hello everyone - I have a 2000 V280 Van with a 2.8 litre VR6 engine and my mechanic is telling me that I need a new MAF sensor, but apparently Mercedes don't make them any more, so I'm going to have to look at one made by an aftermarket company... There seems to be quite a few, ranging in price form £22 to £150. Does anyone know which aftermarket manufacturer would be better i.e. should I go for a more expensive one like Vemo or QH? https://www.buycarparts.co.uk/merced...-airflow-meter
