Hi guys, hoping someone can help me out. Yesterday I bought this van as a family car and I’m actually loving it! The only issue I’ve come across is the driver’s headrest won’t go down.



I’ve tried applying pressure on the headrest while pressing the down button on the door, but nothing happens. When I press the button up, I can hear a click, so I know there’s power. I also read that moving the seat all the way forward might help, but I tried that and it made no difference.



All other seat functions seem to be working fine, it’s just the headrest that won’t lower. Has anyone had this issue before or know of a fix?
