Hi all, our v class (V300) has been left stationary for a few weeks and unfortunately now has a dead battery.
I have tried the emergency key but it will only partially turn (45 degrees) not the full 90 degrees. I can hear the door lock engaging at least partially but cannot get it to open.
Any tips on how to resolve the situation?
Wrong key? Mechanism ceased?
Unfortunately only have one emergency key - the second was lost by the previous owner.
