the black series look hood for 2012 c63 says requires hood pins? Why? Soo light? If you do need hood pins who is going to do that on a Benz. Looks ridiculous.

Well it makes sense, you're going from an aluminum hood with metal welds to a carbon fiber one with resin. You can run the hood without it, don't do excessive speeds. (I WARNED YA'!)
It's a safety concern, I have tons of people that run the hoods without flush mount pins and it's fine because they are show cars. But to know that you are putting on an aftermarket carbon fiber hood and to protect your investment for the long run it's only $27.99

that car doesn't have hood pins. So no that wouldn't be me cause I would need them. I would never put that on my car looks terrible hood pins that is.
Got my car back from the dealer and noticed a scratch on the rear carbon fiber. It appears someone scratched it and then attempted to clean or polish and just F'd it up more. Most likely some panicked lot boy...
Can this be fixed easily? what can be done?

and yes I've told the dealer and they are in full denial mode because I didn't notice it when I picked it up...

Bad photo warning.
You can pay a shop to wet sand...buff & re-shoot with clear. That's typically how you fix something like this.
trying to figure out, and please help if you can, what is the style or name of the illuminated grill with the MB logo on the grill you are using? I am assuming you replaced your stock grill that did not have the MB star in it
