CarLab Motorsports Adjustable Camber Arms for W203, 208, and 209
just wanted to bring back the deal on the rear camber arms for c-class and clk.
as before, our kit includes a pair of rear camber arms, as well as 8 precision machined aluminum adapters, and 1 packet of anti-seize grease.
price: $220 shipped
what is it?: these rear camber arms will allow you to adjust rear camber +/- 4 degrees.
what is camber?: camber is the measurement for the amount of "tilt" in a wheel from top to bottom.
why is it necessary?: on a properly aligned suspension, the rear wheels naturally camber in (top tilting inward) under cornering load, resulting in better cornering traction. however, if you lower your car, the suspension reacts just as it does when you have load on the suspension, resulting in an excessive amount of camber. too much camber will result in inner tire wear, as well as loss of cornering balance. our rear camber arms remedy this problem in a proper manner, by correcting your alignment geometry.
