Only 14 people paid up. Lots never replied and ignored my messages And I knew once those who were gonna get theirs and praise it, more people will want them too

So right now, I can only sell them for $325 with $10 shipping to Canada. Let me know.

I took another drive today specifically to get a better feel for the SB under a wide variety of driving conditions and throttle positions. It's very easy to get used to...post-installation it literally took me just a drive around the block to get comfortable with the effect of the changed pedal travel/throttle opening relationship. There is no issue whatsoever with being able to drive smoothly in traffic in say, "S" mode. The one thing that I do notice is some part-throttle kickdowns can be somewhat rougher and more pronounced in "S" mode than before...I will have to put more miles on to see what happens in everyday usage rather than trying to find anomalies but regardless, it is not an issue as such. There's a newfound responsiveness to the C63 that is very satisfying...I'm still liking the SB!

Followup after 400 miles of "testing"

OK, a friend with a C63 took my car out for a spin to test the SB after I gave him my thoughts about it. He liked it and we discussed the effect, but he also suggested that I post about it in greater detail than I have so here goes:

1) From new I have felt that the amazing amount of NA torque the C63 possesses does not translate into a sensation of responsiveness at the throttle to the degree expected. However it is achieved, the SB sharpens that sensation. It may or may not be "real" from the engineering standpoint but it does feel real from the seat-of-the-pants perspective, and can definitely make the car more fun to drive as well as feel like more of a "sports car" rather than just a "performance car." The reduced throttle travel feels natural and not too hair-trigger at all to me.

2) IMO if you drive in "C" mode most of the time the SB may not be for you. If you are the type that drives in "S" mode most all the time then you might find the SB a satisfying mod. For me, in traffic or driving around town I may switch to "C" mode some of the time rather than using "S" mode exclusively as I have been doing...but I am definitely not suggesting that the SB in "C" = no SB in "S."

3) I actually can see a time when I might remove the SB. If modding my C63 eventually goes the way it did in my M5 (s/w, headers, exhaust etc.) I might remove the SB. For now, with a stock motor, it's staying installed. With the money-back guarantee it seems to be a low-risk proposition for some fun experimentation.

Well said! I drive in C-mode when I'm around traffic and switch to S-mode for some driving. In C-mode, though, the SB still works if you push the gas a bit instead of just tapping it. Definitely makes the car more fun!

For those of you who missed out on the GB, I can sell you Sprintboosters for $325 shipped, plus tax if in CA.

And please note that all sales are final.
