evosport - Performance and SERVICE Center NOW OPEN....
Dear Mercedes enthusiasts, many of you know that we moved over the last 9 months into our new facility in Huntington Beach, CA. What many don't know is the wide array of services that we now offer in house. The combination of these services truly make evosport a world-leading destination center. More-so, we are now truly able to offer FULL DEALER ALTERNATIVE SERVICE!
We wanted to take a minute to introduce you all to our new facility and what our capabilities are!
Here is the outside view of our new 12,500 sq ft facility located in the heart of Huntington Beach, CA. This facility allowed us to combine our primary service and tuning center, our fabrication and our off-site storage into one full service efficient Super Center!
As many know, our prior facility did not have a proper showroom, waiting room or sales offices. This facility changes that. We now have a 15+ person "dealer-like" waiting room (with free wi-fi and plasma tv), full sales offices (including conference room for project presentations) and a proper showroom (allowing us to display vehicles as well as numerous products).
Moving to the service and performance side of the facility, we now have an open floor service center with 5 working bays to efficiently perform any work from the routine maintenance to a full race conversion.
We offer dealer-alternative service (such as service A or B, etc) for Mercedes, BMW, Porsche and Ferrari. Combining top level diagnostic equipment with trained and certified technicians, we are able to offer the highest levels of service for our clients. Our sales staff is also trained to explain the different options and services, and we will never sell you work or parts that your vehicle is not needed!
At the Huntington Beach performance and service center, we also have a full dyno cell for diagnostic measuring and tuning of any 2wd vehicle. This dyno room allows us to run tests throughout the day and control the intake air and exhaust gasses. We will be offering special dyno days in the upcoming few months as we put the final touches on this room - STAY TUNED for those announcements.
Something we were never able to do in our prior facility was alignment or wheel/tire mounting and balancing. With our expansion, we added top-line Hunter equipment (including the renowned Road Force wheel balancer).
We have tripled the size of our engine and transmission clean room. In addition, we have added world-class staff to offer unsurpassed work. We are able to do any level of work in-house - from head gasket repairs to full custom stroked engines. Utilizing computer modeling and decades of real world experience, we can offer what others must outsource.

Regardless if you want a custom exhaust system, our long-tube headers, our soon to be released top mount 55K coolers or a full roll cage, we can do the job. With an on-site fabrication facility that includes mill, lathe, bender, brake, etc, we can handle nearly any fabrication task!
Another new addition for evosport is in-house paint and body work. With the addition of world-class master craftsman, we can now do anything from the mild to wild - within in days! Caliper painting, wheel refinishing, scratches, dents, etc - this is all able to be completed for our clients.
We at evosport are very proud of our new facility and are excited to share it with any of you that want to stop by.
