Arnott Updates Lineup of Aftermarket Air Suspension Products for Mercedes

Mercedes-Benz® Product Update

In recent months, Arnott Air Suspension Products has released aftermarket air suspension parts for Mercedes-Benz at a record pace. To keep you up to speed on these important advancements, here’s an update:

Arnott® Introduces New Front and Rear Air Shocks
for 1999 to 2006 W220 Chassis Mercedes-Benz® S-Class

Arnott Air Suspension Products announced the introduction of completely new Front and Rear Air Shocks for the 1999-2006 W220 Chassis Mercedes-Benz S-Class sedan. Arnott's Mercedes suspension design features a custom-made and tuned monotube shock absorber paired with a new rubber air spring bladder manufactured by Goodyear. The bladder is protected by an aluminum sleeve. The Arnott aftermarket design eliminates many of the common high wear points such as the upper epoxy sealing cap, noisy upper mounts, and the weak lower rubber sealing ring.

These remanufactured air shocks apply to OEM Part Numbers A2203202438, A2203205113 (front), and A2203205013 (rear). The air shocks retail for $579.52 each, and are available from Arnott as part number AS-2605 (front) and AS-2606 (rear). A $75 core return rebate applies to each part, making the net price after rebate just $504.52.

Arnott® Introduces Remanufactured Rear Air Struts
for 2007 to 2013 Mercedes-Benz® S- and CL-Class

Arnott Air Suspension Products announced the introduction of a remanufactured Right Rear Air Strut and a Left Rear Air Strut for the 2007 to 2013 Mercedes-Benz® S-Class (W221 Chassis with AIRMATIC® and without 4MATIC®) and CL-Class (W216 Chassis with AIRMATIC and with 4MATIC). These remanufactured air struts apply to OEM numbers A2213205613 (right) and A2213205513 (left).

The air struts retail for $525.50 each, and are available from Arnott as part number AS-2603 (right) and AS-2604 (left). A $200 core charge applies to each part. Arnott's remanufactured air struts feature a new air spring manufactured by Goodyear.

A $200 core charge applies to each part. Arnott's remanufactured air shocks feature new air springs manufactured by Goodyear.

Arnott® Introduces Coil Spring Conversion Kit
for 2003 to 2009 Mercedes-Benz® E-Class Wagon without ADS

Arnott's new Mercedes-Benz® E-Class Wagon coil spring conversion kit was exclusively designed for the E-Class Wagon with rear air suspension only (without ADS). This kit converts the rear air springs of the vehicle to a reliable coil spring suspension system. Arnott's springs are designed to provide a smooth ride, comparable to the original air suspension.

These aftermarket springs fit perfectly in the seat without welding or modifying the original suspension. The Mercedes-Benz E-Class suspension conversion kit features powder-coated coil springs made from American steel along with top and bottom mounts. The included Installation Manual details how to turn off dashboard air suspension warning lights. Arnott's part number is C-2675 and it retails for just $299.

Arnott® Introduces New AMK Air Suspension Compressor
for 2006 to 2013 Mercedes-Benz® R-Class

Arnott's air suspension compressor for the 2006 to 2013 Mercedes-Benz® R-Class (W251 Chassis) Rear Only Air Suspension is a 100% direct replacement for the original OE air compressor from Mercedes-Benz.
