1981 240d glow plug problems
I have this Merc and being new to Deisel know am a bit in the dark.
I was having some hard starting problems.Then one day it just would not start.I had changed the glow plug from pencil to loop plugs due to limited availability.
No results.I had someone look at the car (a mechanic let's say)
He is telling me the relay needs replacing.What I am wondering if the change in style of glow plug affects the operation of the relay ?
Any help out there ?
