Need help!! 1973 w114 dies at idle

Hey guys I really need help! So I have a 1973 280 Mercedes. I have installed a 2 barrel Weber Carb, new plugs, new points, distributed cap, points (full tune up basically) new plug wires, electrical fuel pump, new coil. I have even pulled the gas tank out to check if there was dirt in the lines. And yes there is no vaccine leaks In the carb.

So here's the problem. I starts right up, drives amazing! Is a great car and is literally running so clean. But after about 30 minutes it dies when I come to a stop during idle. I can't figure out what the issue is. Please someone help, I just got married and need to get this car to run. Thanks guys!

I have an original 1975 280c and had a similar problem, not while idle, but while driving. I added a serial electric gas pump and have no problems any more.
