Please help on making decision!
I am a new member looking for some advice, I am undecided about the following:
I will start off by saying that my budget for a car is $35k and I am undecided about buying either a '00-'02 E55 which I have always wanted because of the nice power or a '03 E500. I know that both of them are around my price range. I am just undecided about should I go with the E55 for the power or the E500 for the new body style? I don't mind the body styling of the 00-02 E55 its just that I ask myself do I want to pay $35k for a car that is the older body style? I am leaning more towards the E55 but I would love some feedback from some owners.

Great cars. The older body style is the safest car on the highway. The only problems to check for are cracked dash, rear window track problems and general electronic malfunctions.(Seat controls, antenna, controllers.) My W210 has 90+k miles and still drives great. Needs new springs in the rear tho. 
I had an 03 E500 and would avoid it. It was the first year of production and things have been sorted out in the newer W211s. O2 E55 would definitely be my choice rather than an 03 E500.
