#1 Spring Pads
Can I have the dealership do the spring pad swap out?
I would imagine this is not a big deal considering these are oem parts.
what should I expect in the way of drop front and rear? 1/2 inch?

dealer will do it, but will cost you quite a bit. to change the spring pad, you have to remove the springs, so it's couple of hours of work.
it will NOT lower 1/2 inch, more like millimeters.

Ride height drop depends on what is currently in your car. There is a drop of 5-8mm (I can't) remember which for each No. ie a No. 4 spring pad is 3 X 5mm higher than a No.1 pring pad, which is over 1/2 an inch. Front what I have heard most US cars have No. 3 or 4 spring pads from the factory.
