xlr8tin, buy a 1998/1999 C43 over the 1999 E55 only if you need a smaller slower car. If you need an even slower AMG car get a 1995-1997 C36 AMG. Sorry, AMG does has not made anything smaller or slower than a C36 AMG.

I dont know much about EVo I but EVO II is about 230hp and 0-60 in 7.1 seconds. EVo I is much less hp which makes it the slowest AMG car. BUt one must also know that these cars could easly modded to over 300hp and take 800-1000 lbs off ifor weight reduction. and comes with 5 speed manuel tranny. only 500 were made and only sold in europe.
