W210 02 E55 Wheel Hop
Hey guys,
I did a search on the topic, but nothing useful came up.
I get some wheel hop on my 02 E55 with 63k miles.
While accelerating hard on the straight it kicks in at about 40-45 mph.
hops until the gears changes (3-4 hops) and then quits. ESP is flashing.
Tried doing it without the ESP same thing (does it stay on anyway until 40 mph???).
What worries me more is when I accelerate at about 50-60% throttle while turning it hops a little bit too. I can't find really smooth surface to try it, so it's a bit uneven almost all the time. What can be the problem and solution? Shocks feel and look ok. Any tips on how to test them?
