Tire Size W210

Has anyone run 255/35/19 and 295/30/19 on a W210 E55.
Any issues?

Thanks for the help.

I haven't run the combination. But, being very familiar with aftermarket wheel modifications: A 255 should not present any prominent issues. Rule of thumb up front is "narrower is better." As for the 295 in the rear, I believe one would be "pushing the envelope." It may rub in a cornering situation. If you lower the vehicle, I would predict rubbing issues. Frankly, I would limit the rear to a 285. Just my two cents.

If you want to throw a lot of money and mods at it you 'may' get the front to work. Plenty of room in rear but the front is tight. You will need new custom built rims with a custom offset. That 255 up front will not work with the OEM rims which are 18X8.0 et31 - it will rub inside. You would need a new rim that pushes the wheel outward. Something like an 8.0 et26. The front is so tight you can only move the US OEM 245/40/18 tire inward by 4mm (max). For a 8.5 width rim the offset would need to be et25 thru et28.

I agree with Kev on 18x8.0 offset has to be around et26.
