What's difference between Bilstein OEM vs HD and Sport for w210?

I was going to do a shock change after 90k. When I looked up OEM shocks, I was shocked they cost 290 each. The Bilstein replacements for non e55s are only a 100 each. Is there a difference between the an OEM and a sport shock? Is the sport shock the correct replacement vs the HD. Or is the OEM worth 200 more each. If you have these on, is there a big difference in ride quality vs OEM? I don't want to get too stiff just have a better all around ride.
Thanks

Bilstein HD are stiffer.

Bilstein Sport are specifically for use with aftermarket lowering springs.
