2000 E55 - Good price?
OK I guess I should ahve asked this before buying the car, but bought it on an impulse hehe..
2000 E55 AMG Silver
45k miles
lease return, 2nd owner after lease
got it inspected at dealer, A/C a pound low on freeons, hood latch cable busted, cd changer doesnt work. Mechanically and cosmetically flawless.
Paid $26k for car and $250 for repairing hood latch.
Good price or did I get ripped off? KBB said it was 28.5k but I dont trust KBB as much as I used to.

Seems like a really good price. These cars are freaking tanks the engines are awesome. Mine currently has over 95k miles and is still running very strong.
Main thing with this car is cosmetics. Interior squeaks and rattles or cracking. Seems that the interior parts are just not that durable. If your's cosmetically is great than I think you got a great deal considering the mileage.
