Ok so this is an old ? i'm sure. but do any have info on getting a phone for my 2000 e55? it has the wiring and it appears that a phone was mounted giving the fact of the holes.

Also is the wiring in place for the command system even if my car doesn't have the system? if so do any have information on a good used system and cost?
