My rotors and pads have quite a bit of rust and the brakes feel rough and gritty the first few miles till the rust is scraped off. It used to happen on my Acura, but it seems particularly bad for this benz.

Can anyone recommend a cleaner/spray to get the rust off quickly?

CRC brake cleaner. Spary and rotate whele but don't get it on any paint. You may want to paint your rotors and brake calipers to slow this rust down.
