Place the hooks where Mark mentioned in the 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock positions by entering the hooks through the little space between the wood molding and the edge of the cluster. Make sure that the hooks are facing up or down when you insert them and then twist them inward so that they grasp the back of the cluster. Pull on them lightly to make sure they have a good grasp and them apply more pressure until you feel the cluster disconnect and begin to slide out. If when applying more pressure the cluster does not disconnect, give the hooks a pretty good jerk towards you so as too unlatch the cluster and slide it out.
To re-insert the cluster, the slide it into the dash in the same manner as when you removed it and it will sit flush and the light will come on as soon as it is connected. I didn't take any pics when I did mine and I should have but it's pretty easy and straight forward. Good luck...

Also, does anyone know if the car will run without the instrument pod hooked up. I wnat to sent it out to get it fix but I need my car to go to work. I was think if it work without the pod hooked up I will sent it out and just drive my car for a few day without the pod.
Didn't cost me a penny...well actually I got my firend a gift certificate for a detail job for his C43.
$1200 would have sucked.

Anybody delt with this company: CNA National (www.cnanational.com)?
I am thinking of buying a warranty from them for any major repairs like the control arm bushings, AC compressors, etc that may go wrong in the next year.
