Owners Manual
I found it online, hooray! HAHA... no need to pay the dealer for it. Now what is tickling my pickle is... do we have to use the parking brake? Can't we just put the car in Park and that's it? ![nix](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/nixweiss.gif)
PS. If anyone needs the manual... i'll be glad to send it over, I love this community.

Parking brake
Well, I know it violates the directions, but I've never used the parking brake on any of my automatic transmission vehicles. But then again rarely park on non-level pavement....and I guess my premise is that my driving habits are more dangerous than my parking habits

Brakes
On hills use the parking brake first and let the car rest against it. Then, put the car in Park. This reduces wear or potential failure of the Park position in the transmission. Remember also that with Park only someone could bump the car and cause the Park to fail. Just my opinion from what I've been told.
