Muffler thought / question for E55ers

I ran across the enclosed muffler idea ( see attached pic ) , actually it is for a newer M3 Bimmer. Experienced modders....wouldnt that be a nice setup for the W210 E55 to have quad exhaust ( true ) possibly without deleting the spare wheel compartment. I have seen what beautiful job Ted Baldwin has done on his car, but could that be a possible option?

Thank you Kev, I knew about the Koenig setup, but wouldnt it be better to have two individual mufflers? I am not really sure, just wondering. Also, I think that the Koenig setup could be achieved using our own AMG mufflers for so much less $$.
