Best place for cold air feed????
hi guys just wondering where bwst place for cold air feed would be..?? i have had a look but am unsure best route.. so was looking for any ideas from you guys that have done it already.....

In the lower grill if you can tube it from there with heat wrap on all tubes up to inlet. Stock is also working cover with heat wrap. Heat wrap the bottom of the air box.

you have just said "IF" i can tube it from bottom grill?? does that mean its hard to or am i just being picky???
had thought about getting some sort of material to cover bottom of air box as well as intakes... just hard working out whats the best stuff to use..

Heat shield I used was DEI it seems to be the best. (Summit racing carries it) You can use 3M-spray glue to hold it to the bottom of the airbox. I also use it on my racecar to protect the plug wires from the headers and it works very well for that as well. I will cover my stock air inlets with DEI next. I saw this on a CL600 and it worked for that owner.
I have not run air from lower grill, but it looks like it will work but you have to run it longer then the stock placement.
