Good thing it's Starmarked. ![rolf](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/rofl.gif)
Congrats on your purchase and let me say you have excellent taste (I have the exact same year/color). Fast, comfortable, reliable and not flashy - all the attributes of the perfect daily driver in my book.

'04 Silverado Z71 - sold all my Benzes and need another!
There are 4 points, 2 on each side located right behind the front wheel well and right in front of the rear wheel well right underneath the rocker panels. Look under there and you will see a large solid rubber nipple that you can place a floor jack under. If you're going to use the factory jack just pop out the covers right above the rubber nipples on the rockers panels to expose the holes.

I'll be using a Sears heavy duty jack.

For the front, I place the jack on the subframe just on inside front of the jack point and lift from there on each side then place the stands at the jack points. For the rear, I place the jack under the rear diff. and lift the entire rear end in one shot and place the jack stands at the jack points.

Check out my sig, I definately know how it goes, lol. My car sat on jack stands for a while when I was working on my suspension and wheels. Now it just sleeps in the garage most of the time because I don't have the time to enjoy. Keep the pics on the mods coming!

That car is 2 miles from my house, I ran to that place when I first saw it. not bad condition, but something is wrong. The same car was on sale a month ago in Maryland for 26k, and now they are willing to sell for 21.

So it's been just over a year now...
And old girl has never let me down. She still runs like a champ, whenever she gets out...like twice a month.![EEK!](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/eek.gif)
