Range Rover MkIII HSE, 2 each SAAB 9000 Aero 5 Spd., 2002 E55
Price response.
Can I get a little feedback on price.
2001 E55 Silver/Charcoal Ortho seats, 108K on the clock, One owner full MB dealer records. Haven't seen her in person yet but looks very clean. MB salesmen states 9 out of 10, so lets say it's an 8. $15900.00 I can wait for the right car but this one seems close for my budget. Plans are to share the miles with my other car. The E55 would be stored for the winter months.
The one owner aspect is a turn-on for me, may have been treated a bit better knowing he was going to own it for 100K.
Any feedback is appreciated.
Thanks

that's a good price imo
with 108k already, most important when buying it would be maintenance, records, receipts, any fixes already done to common problems? etc.
if it was taken care of, it'll last you a loooong time
also don't forget or be fooled by "awesome car, never had any big problems that needed fixing, etc."
guess what, if they didn't, YOU will have them. lol
what i'm trying to say is don't be scared of a car that had the common problems fixed or might seem like a lot of repairs done to it already, i'd rather have a car like that, than one that previous owner didn't have to do anything and all those common problems will be YOUR problem down the road.

First post here, just bought an identical '01 a week ago for a similar price but 73K. Even if it is from the dealer get a used car inspection complete with estimates. I've got to put in about a grand now (ball joints, window regulator, valve cover seal) plus some other things that i'm going to put off (pricey) till later (sunshade, instrument cluster...pixels)....ALL COMMON PROBLEMS!
NO car at 108k needs nothing...btw I absolutely love that car!!!

my opionion would be to save a couple of grand and get a car in the 50-60K range. Those 40K miles might even get you your money back in repairs you might have to do.
