Fog Light fuse?

Fog Light fuse?
Hi guys
just installed H3 bulb Xenons to my fog light in my 99 E55 AMG Avantguard. Only thing is the lighting fuses on the driver side dash has not got a fuse connection for the fog lights. The rear fog lights are working but the front ones are not. There is no current being sent to the front lights. The fuse book says fuse No. 1 is for fog lights but it is missing the connection. The plastic moulded fusebohas an opening for the fuse but there is no connection to put a fuse in. If anyone knows how to get my front fog lights working then please hit me back with the info.
