DIY MAF R&R??
is it pretty straightforward R&R after removing the plastic engine cover? are any special tools needed, or anything i should watch out for. thanks for help.

no special tools required, just make sure since it's your first time, after removing the airbox, take a close look at how the maf is held in place, back clamp is tricky the first time you do it (just use a flat screw driver) the other big clamp is the plastic one, rocking it slowly, uncliping it, you'll get the feel for it hands on, same with the 2 base points of the plastic bracket. and there's also a crankcase vent hose you need to just push out of the way.
