Brake Rotors....
What would you recommend for replacement front brake rotors and pads?
And for Pads?

OEM rotors specifically for the w210 E55 is a GOOD thing since I believe the original ones are 2-piece floating rotors! This is why the cost factor for EACH rotor is approx double the price of a Zimmerman rotor.
(left rotor is part no. 210-421-1812-OE and right rotor is part no. 210-421-1912-OE)

OEM rotors, pads, and sensors (you'll need three sensors; two front, one rear. All for just under $800. shipped. http://germanimportedparts.com/ A reputable independent brake shop will install for ~$300. In all, at least $700. less than the stealership. Good luck.

The price point included all four rotors. The front rotors are $280 each or $460 for a set. Go to this site and checkout the price point for the additional rotors, pads, and sensors:
