As for e55 pricing, I've got my 2000 e55 for sale, asking $49,000 for it. 36k miles, silver, all options.

I agree that $45k is fair, as miles are "slightly" on the higher side [your initial thoughts of $49k would be more suited to a sub-20,000 mile car... in my opinion]. good luck with the sale - and let us know how you do.

Just to give you a recent comparison Bryan.....On November 23 I paid $45,000 for a 2000 E55, 29,900 miles, CD changer, no NAV, from a used car dealer. I think 45K for yours is right in the ballpark.
