Strange gearbox problem

Hello.

The story goes shortly:

I have broken my differential a year ago. And I decided to get a new one. The old one was with ratio 2.82 and it is quite thin to here Finland. Becouse of our speed limits.

So I decided to change differential ratio in my car to 3.27 and I bought one with asd differential lock (I know it needs hydraulic pressure to work). I assembled it on and the car starts to work only with in 3rd gear. Gearbox is in fault mode. Offcouse becouse it thinks that gearbox is broken becouse of nyt ratio in differential.

So I seeked from the web and found MKB-Power in Germany wich reprograms the ECU and TCU (transmission control unit) for ratio that I want. So I send the ECU and TCU to germany to reporgram. When I got them back I hoped it would work but no.

Now the car works otherwise but when accelerating with 1st gear full throtle it only takes about 4500rpm and dosen´t sift 2nd gear in. Only after I release bit of throttle pedal and then the change from 1st to 2nd happens.
All other gears work very well. The limit (about 4500rpm) is the same as in position "P" park when you accelerate your engine.
The sift from 1st to 2nd works wery well if I let the gearbox sift before I reach ~4500rpm
Allso the cruise control disappeared after the reprogramming.

I send the units again to Germany and they cheked the programming and it should be okay. After we discoussed with Germans we desided to change te ratio again to 3.06. I bought differential with ratio 3.06 but after installation ECU and TCU the problem is still the same.

The car doesn´t give any fault codes from gearbox or engine. Gearbox is 722.6 and engine 119.985

I know. I should just put back the same ratio as there was but I don´t want to And I don´t blaim MKB for anything. Looks like this problem is new for everyone.

Now any idea sounds good to get my car working again. What do you think might be the problem? In some sensors? Is the TCU broken? Or what?
Help me if you can

I think your problem is in the ABS programing. ABS sends a speed signal from the wheels speed sensors to the ECU/TCU. I had a problem with my cruise control when I mounted different size tires front to rear.

Should I just test new abs sensors to rear wheels? It gives no data to Carsoft program wich I use home. With carsoft program you can wach livedata while driving and I can´t get no information from rear wheels but allso sensors give no fault code

I don't think that anything is wrong with your sensors. ABS would definetly set codes if the sensors were bad. try unpluging the abs control unit it will set the abs/asr lights but it will also eliminate wheel speed input. Drive the car and see if it shifts normal again.
