Replace air box and engine cover with ones from SLK55 AMG??

1998 E55 AMG
Replace air box and engine cover with ones from SLK55 AMG??
Since W210 E55 AMG and SLK55 AMG use the same engine block (M113), I am wondering if we could put the air box and engine cover of the SLK onto our engine? Does it require a lot of modification? Thanks a lot in advance for your advice!

i tried it on my 210 e55 and it fits on the engine but the fire wall is to close so it doesnt sit tight, also the fuel line is in the way so you might have to modify it.
