OK, sorry for beating a dead horse on this topic, but here we go.

On an 01 E55 I know the stock offset's are +31 in front and +35 in the rear. The wheels in question are a 19 x 8.5 front with +29 and rears are a 19 x 9.5 with + 34.

Should be ok on these, correct?

I know 30mm will fit up front what another 1mm but the rear will rub alittle depending on what brand of tire you are using. I have 35mm on a 9.5" and the old tire Kumho never rub but the new Michelin Pilot same size as the old one is wider and it rub under full load or hard acceleration.
