Will the side skirts and rear bumper off a 02' E55 fit my 99' with no problem?

I really only want the side skirts. I like that look...

 

Perfect fit Lee! some people made the facelift in our cars, maybe you need 2 little rubbers, between the rear fenders & new side skirts go 2 little rubbers, i don't remember if is correct, but the answer is yes... fits good

What would be a fair price? He said they are in good shape with normal/minimal rock chips, etc..
