Oil pan leak!
Went in for an oil change and the mechanic told me the pan is leaking heavily, do our cars have simple oil pan gaskets that can be changed?

The oil pan is a two piece design. There is no gasket, Mercedes calls for the use of a silicone sealant. It's pretty easy if it's the lower pan... Harder, but not impossible to get the upper pan off with the engine still in the car. Good luck and take pictures!
