An '00 E55 with 45,000 miles is worth less than $44,000 in the current matket IMO.
If it had 20,000 miles, a fair price would be in the $46,000-48,000 range.
That kind of mileage (45K) really decreases its marketability.
Do not pay $48,000 for that car.
Have you checked to see what the market looks like?
Go to e-Bay and autotrader.com for starters.
Find something similar and compare.
