Get high flow metal core cats as replacement, most likely your secondaries are bad. Replace with a nice set of 300-cell metal core cats and you will be set all for under $300 installed

Most exhaust shops can swap in a universal cat. You can also buy them online to get better/cheaper ones, and will need to take them to a shop to get welded. Few hundred bucks. Just call some local shops and get quotes. And AMS is right, it's probably the rear cat (and only one is probably bad, but you might want to swap both while you're at it).

Replace both 2nd cats with these. Pair of high flow cats for $180 shipped (email the seller):

Used to drive E55
I have the same issue!! But I'm in Cali and cannot replace mine with aftermarket Hi-flow due the the new regulations. No shop wants to touch it!
