![Question](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/icons/icon5.gif)
I have my front end lowered about an inch or so(bought it that way) and now I would like to lower the rear as well but I'm told that it is unsafe to do in the rear due to stress on the control arms. Is this true or is there a kit out there that I can buy that is safe and high quality? I would like to make the car look more uniform so the rear goes down or the front goes back up.

I may be stupid but all I see on that site is camber adjustment and nothing about lowering kits. I'm assuming that what you are pointing at is that I need to go that route once I've lowered the vehicle, correct? Know of a good lowering kit?

You can go with eibach + koni's adjustables (for lowered cars), & yes you will get the camber adjusters to sit your rear camber in the correct position cause when you lower the car the camber turns to negative (-) & ruin your tires in a very short time
If you want to spent some more money you can go for KW coilovers (complete kit springs + height adjusters + shocks), are the best setup for me, but round 2000$ - 2500$ i think

Best, "for me" is eibach springs (because have the same lowering in all cars & other brands lower 1" in some cars or 0" in other cars or are too harsh for daily use) & the best shocks i think is the koni sports externally adjustables (175$ p/u) +/-, i like it a lot the bilstein hd's too but not have the posibillity to adjust the soft/hard position & sits in the same price to the koni sports.. maybe a little low price, but ... not much difference
Likely for me are eibach + koni's..
Some people here says h&r + bilstein's are too harsh & extreme stiffer sense (not my taste)

I love my setup..not so harsh... drop is perfect covers the gap /fender/tire and drives amazing.....went from the sport Bilstein to HD, night and day soft yet can get very aggressive when pushed ![thumbs](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif)
Oh and it's pretty cheap if you ask me...

Eibach Pro with Bilstein HD
Fyi you won't be able to go with H&R and Bilstein HD...H&R require Sport..just an fyi (Per Bilstein)
