I've already figured that the size of my crank pulley needs to increase from 150mm to 165mm which will still clear the water pump pulley. This will take me to 16psi (12psi sc pulley + 6psi Crank pulley).
I'm going with the Bosch 968. Fuel pump will be either a Bosch 044 or a Audi RS4 (it's smaller in size) both of them are at around 300 L/H while the stock W210 is about 200 L/H. Don't know about the C55? Maybe they are more powerful, but i doubt it.

Are you making 12 Psi on the S/C pulley alone? My crank pulley is 153mm and with my 63,5mm (2,5") pulley i "only" saw 0,6bar or 9 psi
And your pulley is 65mm right?

Yes, mine is a 65mm making 12.X with no slip whatsoever. I also have a 70mm that makes 8psi and the stock 75mm pulley that makes 6psi.

Here's how I did the math to calculate the size of the modified crank pulley.
C = PI x dia = 3.14x70mm minus 3.14x65mm = 15.708mm (4psi diff.)
I want to add another 8psi to the 12psi to get 20psi max so my crank pulley would need to be only 160mm. (31.4mm added to 471.24mm of stock crank pulley). So just by adding 10mm to my crank pulley I can add another 8lbs of boost provided I change the injectors, pump and MAF.

Correct my math if I'm wrong.

I'm confused.... Your NOT the fastest W210 E55 AMG already?!

P.S. No, you are making the right decision on not getting the W211. The W210 is a much better car with much better build quality, its 400lbs lighter and is a much better platform for this type of modification. I'd take your car over a W211 E55 AMG any day of the week, they aren't even in the same category.

Thanks

Well a little update. The engine is mounted back into the car Waiting for one part that will come this week. After that i'll take the car and drive the new engine in for a while. After that we will start to "rape" it (sorry for the hard word)

As usual, i'll let you know!

BTW, anyone who only runs with 2 cats and one silencer? I'm on 2 cats and small and one big silencer. I'm thinking of "chopping" off the small one and only run with 2 cats and the big last rear silencer.

Of course i already have a custom made exhaust, double 2,5" pipes and 2 race cats, 1 small full flow silencer and 1 big rear full flow silencer. And it's the small one i'm thinking of "chopping" out to maybe get more sound. I'm not so much into having a car that is silent, cause it's not right now. But i want a bit more "LOOK AT ME,HERE I COME!!!!!!" sound

are you running high flow 2nd cats or still stock cats? Still have stock resonator as well ? I assume you have eisenmann rear muffler correct?

Just want to know your exact setup in order to give best possible sounding setup.

Abalone,

That exhaust system is pretty much maxed out, you aren't going to be able to pick up anymore power realistically so if you are only doing it for sound purposes then it makes sense. I'm surprised with 4" rear can its still not "loud enough" for your tastes haha.

Any pics of the two rear silencers?

Yes i know, not looking for more power, just a little more sound Don't get me wrong, it sound really really great now, but you how i am A little more sound wouldn't hurt

Was at one of the GTboard/M5Board events this summer and got the chance to hear and see the Koenigsegg CCX-R live, and MAAAAAAAAN that has the sound of a whole army of monsters It inspired me to maybe add alittle more sound to my car. At least with the new engine which will have a little more power to it compared to this year

I'll look if i have a few pics of the rear and 4" silencer.

I'll let you know!

Thats correct they are xenons and I used an 8000k kit I forget what bulb size it is? You can search it a few guys have them. Should run you no more than 80 bucks on e-bay.

Thanks Ramon appreciate the compliment. The lights are straight plug and play as a matter of fact you can buy them with xenons installed already if im not mistaken. But what I did was just bought the headlights and 2 hid kits locally and installed them myself it was very simple. The unit is very oem has the slot for the brains of the hid's its real nice highly recommend them.

Mike.

Check this link out very good info about these DEPO Headlights. http://www.benzworld.org/forums/w210...headlight.html

Honestly I cannot since I bought my kits locally so I would hate to lead you in the wrong direction. Sorry.

A little update 82mm Throttle body is ordered and on the way home.

82mm to the left, 74 mm stock to the right

Biggest problem for my project seems to be tp raise the boost. Nobody sells a bigger crank pulley for the W210. So the only option is to weld a new bigger ring on the stock crank pulley. Might work, but the next problem is the water pump pulley that have to be changed to a smaller one. This gives me headache

I might try to see how the car respondes to the 2,5" pulley first and the other mods i've done and work from there.
