Pinoyk, we are trying to help you here, but frankly you are asking questions that can not be ACCURATELY answered :
- You dont list what wheels they are, except that they are from a W211 , are they MB OEM ? or ? did the owner use spacers on his W211? Was the W211 an AMG E55 or regular W211? All that changes things...
-NOBODY will ever be able to tell you if something rubs a little or a lot PERIOD. The only answer attempts will be based on either someone having used that very same wheel, or by a comparison to the stock setup of the W210. Will a 19X10 ET30 rub? Theoretically YES... the wheel projects ( sticks out 17mm OUT compared to stock.. so the safe answer , yes it will rub, but again MAYBE not.. if you use 265-30-19 it probably wont, you use 285-3019 chances are it will... ALSO, when it comes to a setup that is so close, one might see that it clears everything and look OK till you hit a bump then they will see rubbing , and that can be dangerous... which takes us to suspension, the lower the car the worse rubbing/not rubbing gets...very few people here can tell you things based on the EURO springs...pads are also a factor.
-When it comes to clearing brakes, even with the RIGHT offsets, the wheel profile ( curvature of the face ) matters as much if not more than the offset itself.
I understand that buying wheels sight unseen is very difficult... thus you either buy wheels that are setup for your particular car, or you base it on someone else with your car AND THESE wheels, or... you base things on the stock OEM setup and go from there .. and give your self some leeway of few mm's for some variations ...I did a diagram for you attached below of the stock rear vs. the wheel you mention.. this diagram can not really be accurate because a 10" wide wheel doesnt measure 10" most wheels will measure 11" , but keeping that error the same on both , the difference should be the same.. the 19X10 ET30 will stick out 17mm more than stock...if it were me.. I think we have 17mm to spare.. ME I am using
19X10.5 wide rims in the rear... with 285 an I have NO rubbing.. BUT it took me several trials and many set of wheels. spacers, bolts... to get that ... swapping one style wheels for another for style is easy.. once you play with Brakes/ suspension/ different offsets, much less different wheel manufacturers specially not trusted Replicas... it can get really hairy.
I am in Miami Florida.. I lost count of how many cars I see on the roads with wheel setups that are an accident/ disaster waiting to happen, just because people want a certain look....looks are great ...but fitment/ safety is paramount. ALSO never ever spend your budget on fancy wheels and skimp on tires.. it is the tires that come first always.
My Personal opinions :
- Try not to use wheels that are not hubcentric .. no centering rings.
- DONT ever use shady spacers from some unknown source.
- Always, use the right Lug Bolts, meaning the RIGHT LENGTH bolts. 7-8 full turns to lock the wheel and seat the bolt properly.

First, I am not familiar with these wheels ( Quality, fitment etc.. ) they could be great , I am just not familiar with them, they are obviously BBS Lemans replicas...
SO, if he stands behind the sizes and offsets being accurate, the rear is a ( MAYBE ) ... you like them enough, the price is right.. then go for them.. would he guarantee fitment? would he take them back if they dont fit? All I can tell you is that the W211 usually takes a less aggressive setup.. a wheel the fits right on the W211 usually needs to come out a bit on the W210 specially if one wants to flush it with the fender.

This is one response which Ohlord gave you yesterday on the W210:
This is another response Ohlord also gave you yesterday on the W210 Forum:
This is the response you got from me yesterday :
and would fit.The 10 inch rims on the rear are going to take some test fitting
W210 specs
E55: 18 x 8” ET31 front, 18 x 9” ET35 rear.
Tires 245/40ZR18 front, 275/35ZR18 rear
so you can see the 10 inch will be close dropping to a 32.
Test and try.
You will need special lugs, the w211 are different so you will need custom lugs from otis rad usa.
Hope you know your ride quality is going to nose dive.![Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/rolleyes.gif)
good luck.See my recent post in the S class w140 forum here or on www.benzworld.org I posted Mercedes wheel and tire fitments, might have more info worth checking

I have 19's on my car (e55 w210) 255-35zr19 in the rear I think the rim is 10" wide in the back and my car is also lowered 1.8" I have no issues and my front rims are 8" don't know the tire size off hand so there shouldn't be an issue? Calipers def aren't an issue they clear with loads of space. Hope that helps sorry if this post is a little redundant I didn't read all the other posts I just thought u might want to hear from some one with 19" on their car.
