My setup right now is,

Double 2.5" pipes
2 Secondaries full flow cats
X-Pipe that leads to 1 pipe into 1 small round 4" silencer (looks like a Motobike silencer).
And the last bigger rear silencer/muffler.

I'm thinking of taking down the small 4" silencer and run the system without it and hope to get a bit more "edge" to the sound. Not that it sound bad now, just want a bit more "edge". My car is F/I and that adds even more "darkness" to the sound compared to a N/A E55 W210.

What you think about deleting the small 4" silencer? Will it add more "edge" or will it make the car even darker sounding?

That is nice and loud! You could get away with that where you are but here in Cali. I'm sure I'll get busted knowing the way I drive
