BEST ECU TUNE?
Before u guys jump down my throat I did do a search. Anyone know the best ecu tune u can get. (most hp/tq) the web sites I've been on don't really give numbers for both or say ranges. Anyone swear by theirs? I was looking at PES. I'm still not sure who to use. Thanks

I think the reason they don't give numbers is because the numbers are generally not impressive. AMS is a vendor on here who sells tuning, and he frankly says that tuning is one of the last items you should do. AMG already tuned the thing pretty well. It's mostly when you have other mods that it's likely to help.
It looks like you've already done cats and x pipe. Next step would probably be K&N filters and then headers. After that you're looking at smaller stuff like tune, pulley, throttle body, air box.
You can also look for a used Supercharger (Kleemann, Lorinser, or HPS). Someone needs to buck up and do a rear mount turbo, which would make serious power. I know Max Hughes was looking at doing one. I think the real issue is pistons. The block can handle boost, but the compression ratio is just too high vs. the S/C E55 which can handle boost better. If you are willing to swap custom pistons for lower compression, I think you can make some real boost. Otherwise I think you risk busting valves and cracking pistons before you get to major power.
