I'm in the market for a lowering kit for my car and came across some coilovers on eBay made by a company called d2. However, their fitment chart does not specify compatibility with the e55 model. I tried contacting d2 and the retailer without receiving much help. I have seen others on this forum use springs from an e320 to e430. My question is are all the suspension systems (spring and shock) for all w210 variants cross compatible?

V6s and V8s have different spring rates but are all the same design and fitment. 4matic is completely different. Thats about all you need to know about fitment.

Also, D2 is made by the same company that makes k-sport (made in taiwan)
