E55 engine swap question

Will a 2003+ E55 motorswap into a 2002 E55 sans any mods (ie: plug and play)?

No. You probably need to bring the ECU over. I'm assuming you're trying to keep it supercharged.

100% ECU is the problem. 2003+ is so much more complex definitely not PNP.
