Many of our california customers have had no issues at all. Because the headers look so similar to stock and are direct bolt on and do not affect emissions or O2 sensors in any way, they always pass with flying colors. Never once have they failed.
However, technically they are not CARB certified simply in order to reduce the cost for the customer.

They have fooled quite a few technicians then since many of our customers said they looked and didn't even notice it wasn't stock, it blends in that well. But technically yes, if they want to be a stickler about it they can.

On x-pipe and metal cats from summit. Then do the whole exhaust, headers, cats, remove 2nd;s, x-pipe, 45 mandrel bends and top of with alu-pulley.
