I think so , all you have to do is look for the kit part number from Stoptech or Brembo and if it is the same kit number for either chassis then it should be the same , you have to check the front calipers and direction , the W210 calipers are leading ( front of the car ) , I am not sure of the C32 is leading or trailing ,but if they are different all you have to do is switch the crossover pipe with the two bleeders on the calipers .. and you might have to switch right left calipers because of the progressive piston sizes ( at least that is on the Brembo , you have to see if the stoptech has different size pistons ) it is ver easy.
