Low speed rotating subtle grinding noise and feel in wheel. Bearings?

Another problem in the works for a while now I would like to diagnose. My experience tells me its a wheel bearing.

Low speed (under 10 mph) a rolling soft grinding. Louder noise from 10-25 mph changing with turning (more or less noise).

Any advice appreciated.

Is there an affirmative way to check the bearings on these cars?

Sounds like front but not certain. Gets louder on braking.

SOLVED

Tires. Front right was a bent rim on the inner edge caused cupping on that tire. Overall though, Yokohama S-Drives wore out in about a year and were quite noisy after about six months.

Doing more research, I replaced them with Michelin Pilot Sport A/S and was also considering Continental Extreme Contact DW or DWS. On the backs I went up a tick to 285/35-18.
