Scratched Tint
Guys,
I know this topic has been discussed, but I can’t find the thread.
Problem: I had my car tinted a few years ago and now the drives side tint is scratched to the point that it is time for a replacement/fix.
If my memory serves me right, there was a fix to this issue. It was filing something down or covering something with felt. Does anyone know the answer?

What you are asking about is tint protector. I have a box here now as a matter of fact, to install on my wife's 2007 C230. I was going to do it over the weekend but it rained. Looks easy enough to do per the instructions. I think it was like $35 dollars for enough felt to protect all the windows on her car.
