I'd be down for moving this to the Marina meet.

It's getting close, anyone besides wekE55 planning on going still?
I'm thinking about putting mine up for sale for a high price right now. I love it, but I'm sick of having to buy new **** for it every couple of weeks. I had it at my friend's shop today and it looks like I could use another $470+ worth of parts for stuff that kind of needs to be taken care of. It's also got a CEL for a minor evap leak and it looks like it's coming from this one thing in the right rear wheel wheel that costs around $270 (CEL goes away for a couple of days once the code is cleared). This damn car is nickle and diming me to death right now. I just dropped $800 on brakes a few weeks ago and it needs front tires pretty bad.

I've only had to replace a rear wheel bearing which was already bad when I bought it and a blower motor regulator so far.
I'm down to go to the meet though. We need to figure out where to meet up n roll in together.

It's not the charcoal canister and is a dealer only part (can't remember what he said it was). We'll just epoxy whatever it is to cover up the leak when it comes time to smog the car. It's one of those stupid things that just costs too much.
Here's my current list, it's all prety much chasing down my 43mph-52mph vibration, which is not wheel/tire related, and misfire at idle.
Drive shaft center support and bearing
Flex discs (both look original and are very hard)
Fuel filter (don't know if it's ever been changed)
Crankshaft position sensor (piece of mind and cheap)
Plug wires
I need front tires for the 19s. My front left wheel leaks at the valve stem so that tire is shot since staying on top of that is a pain in the *** (and I'm kind of lazy). The right front is almost down to the wear bars. I'll most likely swap the stock wheels and super loud, ****ty tires on before I buy new fronts. The rear rotors/pads will probably need to be replaced within the next few thousand miles as well.
I've dumped a lot of money into this car since owning it and it's just one thing after another. It seems like it's at my friend's shop every other week for something. I guess that's what I get for buying one with zero service history.

Also, keep your eyes peeled on craigslist for tires if you're on a budget. I've found nearly brand new pairs of 19in tires on there for $150-$200.

Does it vibrate when you're on the throttle only or does it happen all the time? I need to find time to do my fuel filter too, its been sitting in my trunk for too long already. CPS can wait I guess.

I didn't even think of checking CL for tires. I'll have to give that a shot.
I'm thinking we should just meet up with the people in the 211 section. They're talking about having a meet up prior and all going in together.
