Exclamation Vacuum Coupler/Adapter Part Number Help!!

Guys,
I have a broken vacuum adapter that I'm pretty sure is associated with some AC issues on my w210 E55. I have scoured the internet and can easily find the female end of this adapter. However, the respective male coupling elbow does not seem to exist on planet earth (which is the part of mine that is broken)!

Below is a link to the Female coupler/adapter elbow:

You can also see the connection (joining the two white vacuum tubes) in the picture here:

It is the male end of the light grey coupling which joins the white vac. tubes together and passes them around the duo valve. Anyone know if they come as a pair when you order the female (it seems logical to pair them, but I can't find a picture of the male end anywhere)??? I was able to free the broken male end and it has a number on it (012502), but I got nuthin when searching for that in association with various MB or vacuum terminology.

The male end I need looks exactly like the fat (5mm) end of the one from the link below, *except* mine is obviously a 90 degree elbow (@ the 4mm end) where this one is a straight barrel style connection:

If all else fails, I guess I could try to make a straight one work.

Going to the dealer tomorrow and see if they will give me the time of day over something so small.

Thanks!
